## VALENRO® INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & NON-DISCLOSURE PROTOCOL (V1.0)

NOTICE: Accessing the VALENRO digital headquarters, purchasing a "Master Blueprint" asset, or holding a V26-Alpha Founder’s Pass constitutes a binding legal agreement to the terms set forth below. Unauthorized use of VALENRO Intellectual Property (IP) is a violation of international copyright and trade secret laws.
### 1. OWNERSHIP OF THE MASTER BLUEPRINTS
All designs, technical sketches, material specifications (including but not limited to 500GSM textile weights and 12 SPI construction methods), and architectural blueprints displayed on this site are the exclusive Intellectual Property of VALENRO.
The "Architect of Luxury" Series: Any digital or physical blueprint purchased is for personal archival use only.
Prohibition: The reproduction, modification, or commercial distribution of VALENRO schematics is strictly prohibited.
### 2. V26-ALPHA SECURITY & NON-DISCLOSURE
Holders of the Founder’s Pass and participants in the Executive Pieces archive are granted access to "Confidential Information." This includes:
Future design trajectories for the Flightwear and Cruisewear lines.
Unique V26-Alpha security sequences and ledger protocols.
Internal manufacturing standards and "Family" production partner identities.
Non-Disclosure Obligation: You agree to maintain the absolute confidentiality of these assets. Sharing high-resolution screenshots, technical "back-end" data, or restricted archive content with third parties is a breach of this NDA and will result in the immediate revocation of access and potential legal action.
### 3. PRODUCTION & MANUFACTURING COMPLIANCE
VALENRO production notes, font selections (Onyx/Bone branding), and textile sourcing are considered proprietary trade secrets. Any attempt to reverse-engineer VALENRO products or to solicit our "Production Family" partners using our proprietary tech packs is a direct violation of this agreement.
### 4. TRADEMARK & VISUAL IDENTITY
The "VR" Monogram, the "Valenro" serif logotype, and the "Master Blueprint" branding are protected trademarks. Use of these marks without explicit written consent from the VALENRO Design House is strictly forbidden.
### 5. ENFORCEMENT & REMEDIES
VALENRO reserves the right to:
Terminate Access: Immediately deactivate any Founder's Pass or customer account found in breach of this NDA.
Legal Recourse: Seek injunctive relief and monetary damages for any loss of IP value or brand dilution caused by unauthorized disclosure.
