🛡️ VALENRO RETURNS & REVERSAL POLICY
1. THE GUARDIAN ASSURANCE
At Valenro, every garment is a bespoke deployment, crafted specifically for you through our GOTS-certified organic process. Because we operate on a limited-run, pre-order model to ensure zero waste and sensory excellence, our return policy is structured to maintain the integrity of the Matrix.
2. THE 14-DAY EVALUATION PERIOD
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, with all original sensory-safe internal branding intact.
3. VISUAL VERIFICATION (LOSS PREVENTION)
To maintain our strict quality standards and prevent fraudulent claims, Valenro requires visual evidence of any reported issue.
Before a Return Authorization (RA) is granted, customers must submit high-resolution images of the garment, specifically highlighting the area of concern (e.g., print anomaly, stitching defect, or fabric flaw).
Images must be sent to support@valenro.com with your Unique Production Code (Order Number) in the subject line.
Manufacturing defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Our quality control team will review the digital evidence within 48 hours of submission. No returns will be accepted or processed without prior digital authorisation.
4. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Due to the bespoke nature of our limited releases and hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns on:
Items showing signs of wear, scent (perfume/detergent), or pet hair.
"Guardian 13" Ultra-Rare or 1-of-1 customised pieces.
Items where the digital QR Passport has been tampered with.
5. BUNDLE DISCOUNT FINAL SALE CLAUSE
Bundle discounts are applied to the entire Tactical Shipment. Because these items are VAULTED and limited to 250 units, we cannot accept partial returns for a refund of the discount. All sales are final once the Vault closes.
6. REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
This item is a limited pre-order asset. Size exchanges are subject to availability and must be requested within the 14-day evaluation period.
Once your authorised return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please note that as a sustainable, low-carbon brand, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless a clear manufacturing defect is verified via the image submission process.
