VALENRO SHIPPING & FULFILMENT POLICY
1. THE PRE-ORDER MODEL Every Valenro garment is made to order through our GOTS-certified London atelier partnership. We do not hold stock. When you place an order, your piece enters our crafting queue and is produced exclusively for you. This is how we guarantee zero waste, sensory excellence, and limited-run integrity.
2. CRAFTING TIMELINE Please allow 14–21 business days from your order confirmation date for your garment to be crafted, quality-checked, and dispatched. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our fulfilment partner.
3. DELIVERY ESTIMATES (POST-DISPATCH)
United Kingdom: 2–4 business days
Europe: 5–10 business days
Rest of World: 7–14 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to customs processing outside the UK.
4. SHIPPING COSTS Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. Free shipping thresholds may apply during promotional periods — check the banner at the top of the store for current offers.
5. ORDER TRACKING Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also verify your garment's authenticity and production status at any time by scanning the QR Digital Passport on your item.
6. CUSTOMS & DUTIES (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS) International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country. Valenro is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
7. LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@valenro.com with your Order Number in the subject line. We will investigate with our fulfilment partner within 48 hours
